EcoCover Manufacturing Facilities Convert Waste Paper into MulchMat™ Organic Ground Cover which Conserves up to 80% of Ground Water.
Santa Clara, CA --April 30 -- The first US EcoCover manufacturing plant for MulchMat(TM), the world's first internationally certified organic ground cover, has been purchased in Tulsa, Oklahoma. EcoCover is now offering this equipment for setting up your own green tech company. With a $1.8 million investment and an estimated expected return on investment for an EcoCover plant to be within 12 months, EcoCover is an excellent investment for individuals, corporations, and municipalities.
Primarily produced from waste paper that would end up in landfill, MulchMat has a number of unique attributes that richly benefit plants, soil and the environment. EcoCover mulch and fertilizer enriched MulchMat are 'World Firsts' in providing cost-effective substitutes for plastic and other mulch systems used in the horticultural, agricultural and land management industries. MulchMat is designed to degrade directly into the soil and does not have to be removed like polythene and other common ground cover materials.
With growing water shortages in many parts of the world, MulchMat has an increasingly important role to play in the sustainability of agriculture, horticulture, commercial landscaping, erosion control and forestry.

-- Patented process turns waste paper into a revenue generating product.
-- Organic, compostable, and biodegradable.
-- Conserves up to 80% of the ground water.
-- Controls weeds and promotes plant growth.
-- Reduces plant mortality, soil temperature and fertilizer use.
-- Eliminates or reduces herbicide use and soil erosion.
